ORDERING:

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 

Yes, you can! To request changes once you have made your order, you will need to email us with at least 24 hours’ notice to info@platterexpress.co.nz to discuss your desired adjustments and we will certainly try our best to change things over for you.
Please note: our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.

DELIVERY: 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO? 

At Platter Express we cater to clients in the Auckland and Hamilton regions, delivering from Highbrook, East Auckland and Te Rapa, Hamilton. Delivery fees apply - for more details, please see our delivery map and zones.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES: 

Delivery times are between 9am and 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. Just choose your time from the drop-down menu when ordering.

Please understand, although we try and arrive as close to your delivery time as possible, we can run 15 minutes or so late depending on traffic.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE MY ORDER?

Ideally, please book your Platter Express order allowing 48 hours’ notice, or a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of your intended delivery time. We want to allow plenty of time to get your order/s completed for you to our high Platter Express standard 
 

MENU:

CAN WE CHANGE YOUR SET MENUS THAT ARE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

No sorry you can’t but we are quite happy to chat with you regarding your requirements as we may be able to advise an alternative. Spit Roast Catering Company and Fingerfood Catering Company have plenty of options to tempt you with. DO YOU CATER FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS??

Yes, we do! In fact, some of our boxes come with vegetarian and gluten free options as part of the regular ordering selections available.
